I am so happy that this semester is finally over!! |
Hello friends! It is the most wonderful time of the year!!! I am finally finished with my seventh semester of college and will be heading home soon for a whole month of rest and relaxation! Today I thought I would do a different kind of post. Olivia, from Fresh Modesty did a similar post and I thought it was such a cool idea and gives you a little peak into my live right now. Hope you enjoy!

Seeing... a classroom full of students taking a final exam.
Hearing... the sound of pencils erasing and frantically writing.
Smelling... pencil dust.
Tasting... the delicious, tender roast my roommate made in the crockpot.
Needing... to start packing for home.
Wanting... to go for a 3 mile run.
Regretting... not getting enough hours of sleep these past few days.
Feeling... tired but content and thankful the semester is finally over.
Wishing... the best of luck to my friends who are graduating tomorrow.
Thinking... and planning for all the Christmas gifts I need to sew over break.
Laughing... with my roommates.
Recovering... from the very stressful past two weeks of nursing school and final exams.
Believing... that God is taking care of me.
Anticipating... the release of The Hobbit next week!!!!!! I'm only a little excited. ;)
Dreaming... about five months from now.
Praying... for guidance.
Reading... some of my favorite blogs.
Wearing... my turquoise Lady Skater dress, a purple/grey knitted scarf, leggings and boots.
Preparing... for my long drive home tomorrow.
Remembering... all the fun memories and people I met at camp this summer.
Trying... to eat healthier.
Wondering... what next semester will bring.
Fearing... nothing at the moment.
Loving... my amazing roommates that I have been blessed to live with this year.
Choosing... to be positive on this cold and cloudy day.
Working... at my job in my school's psychology office; this week has been full of things to do!
Emailing... nobody at the moment.
Sewing... these notebook holders as Christmas presents for my roommates.
Texting... my brother about plans for winter break.
Cracking... my knuckles.
Considering... what I should make for dinner tonight because my fridge is pretty empty.
Reducing... the amount of time I spend on Facebook.
Longing... for home and to see my family.
Suffering... with dry, cracked hands.
Recognizing... that I am free from studying, at least for a few weeks!
Checking... the grade book constantly.
Organizing... my room; I can finally see my desk again!
Practicing... Christmas music on my violin.
and
Smiling... about the wonderful people in my life. I am so very blessed!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Any sewing plans?
~Elizabeth
